Change in the Rules for the Provision of Telephone Services

Dear Sir or Madam,
The law of April 24, 2009 on the modification of the Telecommunications Law Act and some other acts (Journal of Laws No. 85, item 716) that amends the Telecommunications Law Act of July 16, 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 171, item 1800 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Law” or the “Telecommunications Law”) became effective on July 6, 2009. Because of the change in regulations, agreements made with GTS Energis Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw or GTS Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “the Operator”) must be amended to comply with the applicable law.
Therefore, the Operator is required to make changes to the Rules for Provision of Telephone Services and Price List pursuant to Article 60a paragraph 1 and Article 61 paragraph 5 of the Law.
