Top Management

Piotr Sieluk

Piotr Sieluk was appointed CEO of GTS Energis in January 2009. Previously, between 2003 and 2005, he was holding position of Business Development director at Energis Polska responsible among others for successful sale of this company to GTS Group.

He has started his carrier at Deloitte & Touche, followed by a number of management positions in Pioneer Mutual Fund, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Gravitas Private Equity Fund where he was co-founder and Investment Director. He graduated from Law Faculty, University of Warsaw, and holds an MBA from University of Minnesota.

 


Tomasz Galas


Joined the company in 1999 as CFO. He has spent many years in the ICT industry as he previously worked for Telepage and Siemens. Graduated from Faculty of Electronics and Information at Warsaw University of Technology. He also received his Master of Science in Business degree at London Business School cooperating with the Warsaw University of Technology.



Rafał Budweil

Joined the GTS group in 1998 when he started to work in Ebone, a GTS company headquartered in Brussels . In 2001-2004 he worked in the GTS Central Europe where he was in charge of building and developing the infrastructure of GTS CE Regional Network.
After joining the structures of GTS Polska, he was employed as COO and after GTS Polska merged with Energis Polska in November 2005, he took over the position of Vice President, Operations, in GTS Energis. Nowadays, he is holding position of Operations Director.
He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecomunications de Bretagne in France.
He is a passionate of historical vehicles. He also participates in off-road car rallies, rides a motorcycle and sails. 


Sławomir Koszołko

Strategy and Marketing Director at GTS Energis Sp. z o.o. responsible for company‘s business development activities, strategic analysis, product management and marketing communication.

He joined Energis Polska in 2001 as Regulations and Business Development Manager and during his work he was responsible for several crucial projects within the company including the development of the country-wide direct sales channel, introduction of the reseller model or post-acquisition integration activities. Before joining Energis Polska he had worked for four years in Andersen Business Consulting in Poland mainly with telecom clients. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds also an MBA diploma from the Manchester Business School.
 
 

   
Piotr Ślęczka

Piotr Ślęczka is an Human Resources Director with 10 years of experience in his field. He has held the position of HR Director in GTS Energis in Poland since February 2009. Earlier, between 2001 – 2006 he was responsible for all HR aspects in Energis Polska. As a member of the management team he was co-responsible for the Energis and GTS merger process. He started his HR carrier in R.J.Reynolds Tobacco/ Japan Tobacco International Company Poland. Recently, he has served as a Board Member/HR Director of a company owned by Gravitas Private Equity Fund. He graduted from the Academy of Economics in Cracow and holds a post graduate studies diploma from Warsaw School of Social Studies and Humanities.
