GTS Central Europe Appoints Michael Rees as Head of Group Strategy and Corporate Development

GTS Central Europe (“GTS”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Rees as Senior Vice President of Group Strategy and Corporate Development.

The GTS Group completed the purchase of shares in GTS Energis Sp. z o.o., owned by PKP SA

The GTS Group completed the purchase of 2.5% share in GTS Energis Sp. z o.o., previously owned by PKP SA. As a result, the GTS Group, became the sole owner of GTS Energis.
